error messages

i'm trying to open my desk and instead I get this error message:
THttpClient: Could not connect to www.evernote.com:443/edam/note/s51.
what can I do?

I am getting the same error message (with the last few different). I get in on the desk top app and also on the web.

Hey guys,
thanks for pointing out that error. It's kind of weird because I've only seen this error once or twice. It means that Desk In The Clouds can't reach the Evernote servers. So it's either a problem with my hosting or with Evernote.

Anyways, I just made a few changes to Desk In The Clouds. The communication with Evernote is now a bit more fail-safe. Plus I improved the internal error logging, so I'll be able to figure out what exactly went wrong in case the problem persists.

So please give me some feedback if you still get that error message in the next couple of days!
